We are seeking a Clinical Rehab Specialist - Registered to join our team in the South Shore Region.
Job Summary:
This is a full-time salaried position responsible for delivering high-quality occupational therapy services to patients. The ideal candidate will be an Occupational Therapist (OTR) with a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals
- Supervise occupational therapy assistants, provide caregiver education, and ensure patient progress through regular clinical documentation and communication
- May focus on specific areas of expertise, including skin integrity, mobility, adaptive equipment, and community engagement
- Collaborate with regional DDS OT and service coordinators to determine clinical specialty areas or topics
Requirements:
- MA Occupational Therapist (OTR) license
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience
- Demonstrates good verbal and written communication, and organization skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
