About the Role:
We are searching for a skilled Occupational Therapist to develop and implement treatment plans focusing on patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional needs. This will involve assessing home environments for safety and recommending modifications or equipment as needed.
The successful candidate will provide patient and caregiver education, accurate and timely documentation, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A minimum of 1-year experience as an Occupational Therapist (OTR) and MA licensure are required.
This role requires the ability to work independently and collaboratively with various patients and medical professionals. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and be able to multi-task and prioritize tasks efficiently.
