Speech Language Pathologist Role: We seek an energetic Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team serving the Wareham residential area of Massachusetts. This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary range of $90,000-$120,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision insurance, paid time off, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans focusing on patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional needs.
- Assessing cognition, language, and swallowing functions to ensure patient safety and recommend necessary modifications or equipment.
- Providing patient and caregiver education to promote effective communication and swallowing skills.
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient progress.
Requirements:
- A valid MA SLP license is required.
