Job Summary:
Developing and implementing treatment plans that cater to the diverse needs of patients, focusing on their physical, cognitive, and emotional well-being.
Conducting thorough assessments of cognition, language, and swallowing functions to ensure patient safety and provide recommendations for necessary modifications or equipment requirements.
Providing education and support to patients and caregivers, promoting effective communication and empowerment.
Maintaining accurate and timely documentation, upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
Requirements:
- Candidates must hold a valid MA Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license.
- A minimum of 1-year experience as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP).
