We are a fast-growing, clinician-owned home healthcare agency that truly cares and understands the importance of providing quality care to individuals in their homes. Our team of clinicians serves the Tewksbury residential area of Massachusetts, and we are currently seeking a skilled Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our team.
Job Description:
- Provide physical therapy treatments to individuals in their homes, tailoring each treatment plan to meet the unique needs and goals of each patient
- Monitor patients' progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes
- Educate patients and families on exercises and activities to promote continued improvement and independence
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatments and progress
Requirements:
- A valid MA Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license is required
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a PTA, with a strong background in home healthcare settings
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, interacting with various patients and medical professionals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on building trust and rapport with patients and their families
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
