Job Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for providing wound care, medication management, catheter management, diabetic care, and accurate documentation. They will also educate patients on disease management, follow up on MD visits, and order supplies as needed. Additionally, they will participate in on-going training and education opportunities to expand their skills and grow professionally.
Requirements: Candidates must have a MA Registered Nurse (RN) license, at least 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks while using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
