Job Description
Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services is a clinician-owned home healthcare agency that provides ongoing support and flexibility to its clinicians. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality occupational therapy services to patients in accordance with established standards of care and service agreements. As an occupational therapist (OTR), you must have at least 5 years of clinical experience and a MA Occupational Therapist license. You will be part of a team working with various patients and medical professionals.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
You will collaborate with regional DDS OT and service coordinators to determine clinical specialty areas or topics and to develop specific screening/assessment tools. Additionally, you will perform evaluations, screenings, and treatments on a particular topic area as needed. Your primary focus will be on coordinating care with other healthcare professionals and ensuring patient progress through regular clinical documentation and communication.
