**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team of clinicians who serve the Dennis residential area of Massachusetts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing occupational therapy treatments to individuals in their homes, monitoring patients' progress, and adjusting treatment plans as necessary under the supervision of a Registered Therapist.
Responsibilities:
- Providing occupational therapy treatments to individuals in their homes
- Monitoring patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary under the supervision of a Registered Therapist
- Educating patients and families on how to perform exercises and activities
- Maintaining patient records and document treatments
Requirements:
- Candidates must have MA Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license
- Minimum of 1-year experience as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team while working with a variety of patients and medical professionals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail
