Your Role as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA):
- Provide occupational therapy treatments to individuals in their homes under the supervision of a Registered Occupational Therapist
- Monitor patients’ progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic activities to improve daily living skills
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation to ensure high-quality patient care

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) with licensure in Massachusetts
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Home healthcare experience preferred, but not required
