Job Description:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in Carver, MA. As a member of our team, you will be working closely with patients who require ongoing rehabilitation and support to achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement treatment plans that address the physical, cognitive, and emotional needs of patients.
- Conduct home safety assessments and provide recommendations for adaptive equipment to improve independence.
- Provide patient and caregiver education to enhance outcomes and promote functional success.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation to ensure high-quality patient care.
What We're Looking For:
- An Occupational Therapist (OTR) with licensure in Massachusetts.
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Home healthcare experience preferred but not required.
