Responsibilities:
- Verify patient information and manage intake paperwork
- Facilitate communication among patients, caregivers, and our clinical team
- Coordinate insurance verifications and authorizations
- Support appeals and prior authorizations as needed
- Contribute to the efficient functioning of our clinical team
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in home healthcare
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Able to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism
