We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Full-Time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) – Float to support our teams by covering clinician leaves in the Taunton region of Massachusetts and surrounding areas with additional compensation for travel exceeding the standard requirements. This is a unique opportunity for a PTA with a minimum of 1 year of Home Care experience that enjoys variety, autonomy, and the ability to serve multiple communities.

Your Role as an Internal Traveler Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) - Float:
- Travel between patient locations within the designated service area to provide coverage for clinician leaves.
- Provide physical therapy treatments to individuals in their homes as directed by the supervising PT.
- Monitor patients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and activities to promote recovery.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation to ensure high-quality patient care.
