Job Responsibilities
As a skilled Physical Therapist (PT), you will assess patients' home environments to ensure safety and provide recommendations for necessary modifications or equipment needs. Your responsibilities may include:
• Evaluating patients' mobility and recommending exercises to improve their condition
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans
• Maintaining accurate electronic medical records (EMR) and communicating effectively with patients and healthcare professionals
• Utilizing your expertise to educate patients and their families on self-care techniques and disease management
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates must have:
• A current MA Physical Therapist (PT) license
• Minimum 1-year experience as a Physical Therapist (PT)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple patients, and maintain confidentiality
