Job Description
This Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) role involves:
- Providing physical therapy treatments to patients in their homes as directed by the supervising PT
- Monitoring patients' progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary
- Educating patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and activities to promote recovery
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation to ensure high-quality patient care
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in Massachusetts
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
