Therapeutic Care Specialist

Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services is hiring a dedicated Therapeutic Care Specialist to deliver top-notch occupational therapy services to patients in the Carver area.

Primary Duties:

• Developing customized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of patients
• Conducting thorough assessments of patient living spaces to ensure safety and make recommendations for necessary adjustments or equipment
• Providing comprehensive patient and caregiver education
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation

Required Skills:

• A valid MA Occupational Therapist (OTR) license is essential
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in occupational therapy is required
• The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team with diverse patients and healthcare professionals
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and efficiently use computer systems, including electronic medical records (EMR)
