Primary Duties:
- Developing customized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of patients
- Conducting thorough assessments of patient living spaces to ensure safety and make recommendations for necessary adjustments or equipment
- Providing comprehensive patient and caregiver education
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation
Required Skills:
- A valid MA Occupational Therapist (OTR) license is essential
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in occupational therapy is required
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team with diverse patients and healthcare professionals
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and efficiently use computer systems, including electronic medical records (EMR)
