Job Description:
ERP Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute a strategic ERP roadmap that supports the organization's goals and growth plans, identifying opportunities for system improvements and enhancements.
System Implementation and Optimization: Lead ERP implementation projects, ensure data migration accuracy, streamline processes, and drive system optimization to enhance organizational productivity.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including Finance, HR, Supply Chain, IT, and Operations, to understand business needs and align ERP functionalities with those requirements.
Team Leadership: Manage a team of ERP professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management to foster a high-performing team.
Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of ERP projects, managing timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
Data Integrity and Compliance: Ensure data quality and security across ERP systems, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements, and implementing best practices for data governance.
Stakeholder Engagement and Training: Serve as the main point of contact for ERP system matters, and lead training and support efforts to increase system adoption and end-user satisfaction.
Qualified candidates would have the following:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., PMP, ERP, SAP, Oracle, Workday) preferred.
- Experience: 10 years of ERP management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role; proven experience with large-scale ERP implementations.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday), project management, data management, and integration across different platforms.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams, managing multiple projects, and effectively collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making, risk assessment, and process optimization.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to executive leadership and conducting training sessions for end-users.
