Visium Resources has been asked to identify qualified candidates for this contract Telecom Engineer / Architect position located in Orlando, FL. This position is a long term contract hire opportunity which is expected to be a hybrid work arrangement for a duration of one year with a high probability of extensions.
Summary
The Telecom Engineer / Architect will be responsible for supporting our client's on-premise phone system connected to 15,000 phones in 300 buildings throughout Central Florida. Technologies include a mixture of VOIP, Digital, Analog, and 4 core PBX s.
Job Description :
The selected candidate will be troubleshooting, upgrading, and integrating servers. Day-to-day moves / adds / changes and handset installations are typically performed by other team members. This position will provide next-level support to the other team members. A successful candidate would have experience equivalent to Avaya Tier 3 support.
