Responsibilities

As Sales Manager for 5G Broadcast Solutions at Vislink, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence by promoting and selling our cutting-edge video and wireless communication solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing key client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities across our target industries, including live broadcast, public safety, and defense sectors.

You will be expected to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, engineering, and product development, to ensure that customer needs are met with tailored solutions. Additionally, you will oversee the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, leveraging your expertise in the technology and media landscape to deliver exceptional results and help establish Vislink as a leader in the industry.

Key responsibilities include :

  • Value Added Reseller Management : Supporting and managing our VAR programme, ensuring partners are engaged with active customers and supported throughout the sales cycles on sales activities.
  • Business Development and Account Management : Identify, prospect, and cultivate relationships with potential clients across target industries, including live broadcast, public safety, and government sectors, while maintaining and growing existing client accounts.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution : Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed revenue targets, aligning with company objectives and market opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, engineering, and product teams to ensure customer needs are met, products are appropriately positioned, and feedback is integrated into product development.
  • Market Analysis and Reporting : Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform sales and marketing strategies, providing regular reports and updates to senior management.

  • You are self-motivated and proactive, you take the initiative, can demonstrate strong organizational skills, and maintain focus on achieving goals without constant supervision.
  • You have experience with broadcast and / or video solutions in combination with the use of IP technology. Familiarity with broadcast and wireless communication technologies, with the willingness to quickly learn and adapt to technical product knowledge.
  • You have an excellent command of both the Dutch and English languages and are adept at building relationships at C-level, but also with other key stakeholders, allowing you to present our products to and understand the needs of management and technical managers and to communicate this internally.
  • You are a strategic thinker with the ability to communicate and convince at a high level.
