Job Description
As a Multifamily Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction activities, including but not limited to cost estimation, contract and permit administration, purchase negotiation, scheduling, monitoring, and final closeout.
- Plan and coordinate projects with a focus on maximizing cost efficiency and implementing value engineering.
- Lead the development of project plans, budgets, schedules, and resource allocation strategies for all construction projects.
- Serve as primary representative of the company, maintaining strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
