Primary Function
The Director of Software as a Service Engineering will lead our SaaS development team, overseeing the design, development, and deployment of our cloud-based software solutions including the ARC platform. The role requires a dynamic leader who can collaborate with cross-functional teams, innovate within the SaaS space, and ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and user experience.

Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers and developers in the creation of high-quality SaaS products.
- Collaborate with product management, design, and other stakeholders to align engineering activities with company goals.
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Implement best practices in software engineering, including Agile methodologies, to ensure efficient and effective product development.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Drive innovation and stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in SaaS and cloud computing.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and project scopes to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and accountability within the engineering team.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position requires direct supervision of software engineers and other members of the SaaS team (excluding product management and devops)
