Responsibilities include :
- Works closely with product owners scrum teams customer service and others to deliver an exceptional member experience.
- Production support : Assess and research inquiries from multiple business partners for resolution coordinating with IT and / or vendors and managing all relevant communication and updates with impacted stakeholders.
- Identifies potential problems trends and system enhancements.
- Performs system testing creating test scenarios and production checkout.
- Assists in developing processes and performing system administration tasks as needed.
- Assists in determining requirements impacts developing documentation procedures and guides.
- Serve as an internal expert regarding use of the applications.
- Monitors and tracks systems performance and maintains problem logs. Evaluates and monitors coded data elements. Assists users in understanding business system functions.
