We are looking for an experienced Embroidery Equipment Technician to join our team at Vista Applied Solutions Group Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in embroidery machinery, particularly Tajima Embroidery Equipment and multihead/stretch machines.
Responsibilities:
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure embroidery equipment is functioning properly.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and IT-related issues affecting embroidery equipment.
- Collaboration: Work closely with IT and machine manufacturers to resolve technical issues and implement preventative measures.
- Training: Provide guidance and training to embroidery operators on industry best practices and equipment operation.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and machine performance.
- Travel: Participate in training sessions in Italy to stay updated on advanced embroidery machinery and best practices.
