Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair industrial embroidery machines, including multihead and stretch machines.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and IT-related issues.
- Collaborate with the IT department and machine manufacturers to resolve technical issues.
- Conduct regular maintenance to prevent downtime and ensure smooth operations.
- Train and mentor embroidery operators on best practices and industry standards.
- Work with leadership to enforce industry best practices and improve efficiency.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience with industrial embroidery machinery, particularly Tajima Embroidery Equipment.
- Proven mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot complex machinery.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical issues clearly.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time efficiently.
