Position: Lead Personal Banker

Reports to: Banking Center Manager

Location: Justin, TX

Summary of Primary Duties/Responsibilities:

Vista Bank is currently seeking a full-time Lead Personal Banker at our Justin Banking Center. A Lead Personal Banker serves as the face of Vista Bank and is often the most important public relations person. As a Lead Personal Banker, position duties/responsibilities include:

• Greeting customers and patrons by lobby or phone professionally, promptly, and pleasantly
• Perform the duties of a Personal Banker
• Oversee daily Personal Banker functions and staff scheduling
• Provide coaching to the branch Personal Banker staff to meet client service objectives
• Act as a resource to identify and resolve more complex client servicing issues
• Support the Banking Center Manager in onboarding and training of new Personal Bankers to the team
• Developing relationships with our customers through outstanding customer service
• Ensure that all branch operations, compliance and audit requirements are met
• Ensures compliance with all applicable company policies and banking regulations
• Other duties as assigned

This Position requires:

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent required, operational experience
• A minimum of 1-year Personal Banker Experience required
• Banking experience or minimum six months of customer contact with cash handling experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of branch operations
• Great personal and communication skills
• Ability to work well with fellow employees and customers
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and great work ethic
• Ability to use office equipment, including computers
• Ability to speak and hear
• Clarity of corrected vision at 20 inches or less for normal duties
• Clarity of corrected vision at 20 inches or more for security purposes
• No visible tattoos or body piercings except conservative ear piercings
• Reliable transportation
• Must meet minimum credit standards and pass a criminal background check

Pay: From $13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
