### Job Summary
The Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP) plays a crucial role in implementing personal goals and outcomes for individuals supported at Vista Care. In partnership with staff and individuals, the QIDP ensures progress towards these goals while maintaining a safe, healthy, and happy environment.### Responsibilities
- Implement individual program plans in accordance with State and Federal regulations.
- Assign a caseload of developmentally disabled adults and ensure their safety, health, and happiness needs are met.
- Conduct staff training as necessary to optimize care delivery.
- Interact regularly with clients' guardians and coordinate efforts of the Interdisciplinary Team.
- Observe individuals, review data, and revise programs based on individual needs and performance.
- Develop, implement, review, and document each resident's individual program plans.
- Conduct continual training for caregivers to ensure program plans/behavioral plans are adequately executed.
