Job Description: Operational Assistant
Vista Cima Wealth Management is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Operational Assistant to join our team. This part-time position (30 hours per week) will play a key role in supporting daily operations, with a focus on administrative assistance, basic bookkeeping, and office management tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and maintaining financial records.
- Assist with administrative compliance work and ensure necessary documentation is completed accurately.
- Provide coverage for the Administrative Assistant in their absence, including managing calendars, scheduling, and general office support.
- Perform office management duties such as maintaining office supplies, organizing documents, and supporting office operations.
- Greet clients and walk-ins, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Assist with preparing reports for client meetings and other client-facing interactions.
- Offer administrative support to the owners and team as needed, based on evolving office needs.
- Maintain flexibility to adapt to changing duties and priorities within the office.
