Position Summary
Private Wealth Solutions (PWS) is responsible for product strategy, fundraising, relationship management, and the investor experience for all of Vista’s Private Equity and Private Credit solutions across private wealth channels (Private Banks, Wirehouses and Broker-Dealers, Registered Investment Advisers and Multi-Family Offices, and digital platforms). PWS will seek to harness the transformative power of technology to provide investment professionals and their clients with access to exceptional returns with low loss ratios, unique technology market insights, and a modern client experience. The team will expand on Vista’s current presence in the private wealth channel to become the technology sector partner of choice for the global private wealth market. As an early member of the growing Private Wealth Solutions team, you will play a pivotal role in developing the foundation and building it into a key driver of Vista’s overall strategic objectives.
This role will support the Strategic Partnerships Channel in managing relationships with the largest private wealth platforms, securing shelf space with gatekeepers, coordinating sales activities, andmaximizing branding opportunities.
This role is based in New York, NY and is for an immediate start.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing relationships with private wealth platforms and developing relationships at various levels.
- Support the education of advisory teams and stakeholders on Vista’s investment strategies and products.
- Respond to internal and external requests with a client service mindset and a strong sense of urgency.
- Maintain a working knowledge of firms’ platforms, manager evaluation processes, initiatives, and investment trends.
- Assist relationship managers in executing high impact client engagements including in-person meetings, calls, conferences, webinars, and events
- Help with the creation of briefing memos to support prep for investment professionals and senior leadership ahead of LP meetings, calls, and events.
- Ensure all critical data is maintained in CRM systems and is translating across firm-wide reporting and investor data repositories.
- Continuously build and manage the investor pipeline in collaboration with relationship managers in a highly disciplined, systematic manner.
- Partner with the broader PWS team to manage due diligence, reporting and other investor inquiries.
- Engage in frequent communication with PWS and Firm Leadership to remain coordinated around fundraising progress, investor engagements, key wins and achievements, and notable internal and external updates.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, investing, investor relations, asset management, or related field.
- Strong understanding of financial markets and appreciation for technology/software sector.
- Highly motivated self-starter with strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- A strong sense of accountability, organizational skills, and attention to detail; views no task as too small and approaches every assignment as an opportunity to learn.
- Ability to consistently display professionalism, friendliness, and patience when communicating with investors and internal team members.
- Great relationship management skills and ability to build strong working relationships internally and externally.
- Entrepreneurial and well-developed ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, manage stakeholders, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.

The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $150,000-175,000. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise and the applicant's skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
