POSITION SUMMARY:

The ISD Coordinator will assist the Principal in providing educational support for students with needs.
QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma or GED
-
Solid communication skills with students and adults
-
Solid organizational skills
-
Experience with tutoring a variety of subjects
-
Able and willing to work in a team atmosphere

Ability to work independently when necessary

Ability to use constructive techniques to resolve conflict
- IVP Fingerprint Clearance card is required
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure students that are identified for the program are in attendance.
- Assist student with their needs to improve academically.
- Periodically update the Principal regarding program successes and concerns.
- Coordinate with teachers assignments for students in the program.
- Work with Administration to create academic successes with students assigned to the program
- Work with Administration to ensure the facility is secure as well as students including assisting with busing and pick up/drop off areas.
- Perform related duties and responsibilities as assigned
