Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Insurance Verification Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for verifying patient insurance coverage, ensuring accurate billing, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits.
• Obtain pre-authorizations and referrals as required.
• Communicate with insurance companies to resolve coverage issues.
• Update patient insurance information in the system.
• Assist patients with insurance-related inquiries.
• Collaborate with billing and coding departments to ensure accurate claims processing.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Previous experience in insurance verification or a related field.
• Strong understanding of insurance policies and procedures.
