Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with procedures.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document and maintain accurate patient records and communicate updates to the team.
- Assist in educating patients and their families about health conditions and treatment plans.
- Ensure compliance with all medical center policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
- Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Illinois.
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
- CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
