Surfer Girl, a vibrant beachside restaurant and bar, is looking for skilled and passionate Line Cooks to join our kitchen team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love creating high-quality, flavorful dishes, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and execute dishes according to our recipes and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Work efficiently under pressure while ensuring consistency and presentation
- Assist with prep work, stocking, and kitchen maintenance
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous line cook experience preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person
- Ability to work in a high-energy, team-oriented environment
- Strong knife skills and kitchen technique
- Reliable, punctual, and dedicated to delivering great food
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
