Job Overview :

A Pickup Production Team Member uses tools such as soldering iron, screwdrivers (powered and hand driven), small hand tools as necessary, as well as equipment for winding pickup bobbins, testing pickups and magnets, and assembling the completed components to the highest level of quality.

Responsibilities :

Produce output of the highest quality to meet production demand.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements :

Prior experience working with hand tools with fine motor skills.

Good close vision.

Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality.

Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

Ability to work well as part of a team.

Strong work ethic and commitment to meeting deadlines.

Poses integrity and accountability.

A high school diploma or equivalent.

No hearing aids, pacemakers, or other sensitive medical devices due to intense magnetic field exposure.

Prolonged periods of standing in factory.

Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.

Manual dexterity to evaluate, install, and modify equipment.
