Duties
The Office Administrator will perform a variety of tasks, including:
- Greet visitors, respond to phone calls, and manage incoming mail and messages.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including answering questions and addressing concerns.
- Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Utilize QuickBooks to manage financial transactions and maintain financial records.
- Support the office by performing tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing.
- Offer personal administrative support to management and employees.
- Manage the front desk and ensure the office is organized and tidy.
- Speak Spanish to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients and staff.
- Demonstrate strong computer literacy and proficiency in using office software.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and adhere to high standards of phone etiquette.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks.
- Strong data entry skills.
