Job Description
The Store Manager is responsible for leading the sales and customer service team, ensuring that all store associates achieve and maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:
Responsibilities:
- Monitors and achieves profit, sales and performance goals.
- Ensures all store promotions, advertising, and visual merchandising are in place.
- Hires, supervises and trains all store associates.
- Maintains professional relationships with doctors, other National Vision associates, host store associates and customers.
