Sales Operations & Data Maintenance Intern Role Summary:
We are seeking a Sales Operations & Data Maintenance Intern to support the Outdoor Performance Global Commercial team. As a Sales Operations & Data Maintenance Intern, you will assist in cleaning and analyzing various databases and ERP systems and contribute to other Sales Operations tasks.
Main Responsibilities:
- Work with a portfolio of leading brands in the Outdoor industry.
- Implement new processes and procedures in a dynamic sales environment within a newly formed sales organization.
- Conduct extensive database review and cleanup to align with current sales structure.
- Streamline processes and methods to maintain accuracy and integrity of various databases and ERP systems.
- Maintain and update various item and customer records to reflect current commercial strategy and customer classification.
- Support the development and implementation of business intelligence and sales reporting solutions across multiple brands.
- Receive industry discounts on various brands and products.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, IT, Business, Sales, or related field.
- Intermediate skills in various Microsoft Office tools (including Outlook, Excel) and reporting tools including PowerBI.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a self-starter mentality.
