Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Community Marketing Manager to drive occupancy within our community through marketing, lead nurturing, community partnerships, and outreach. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing occupancy through lead management, prospect engagement, and event coordination, ensuring smooth move-ins and room readiness.
The ideal candidate will develop external partnerships and execute marketing strategies to enhance Fieldcrest's visibility and reputation. As a Sales and Community Marketing Manager, you will oversee the creation of marketing materials and resources to achieve goals and create brand awareness.

Requirements:
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with long-term care/Assisted Living or related sales experience. The ideal candidate must be 18 years or older and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
