How you will make an impact:
Ridgeway is seeking a Culinary Manager to use your skills andplay a crucial role in the well-being of our residents. You will be responsible forall aspects of kitchen operations to ensure the highest quality food and nutritional services in accordance with our established procedures.As a Culinary Manager, you will deliver and manage care through the Aspire Lifestyle Model to honor residents and enhance their quality of life. You will also do menu planning, budgeting and inventory, occupational health and safety, along with staffing and scheduling. Imagine the smile on the faces of our residents and staff when you help them achieve their best.
Schedule Varies:This is a Full-Time position, Monday-Friday on call weekends.
What you will need:
- 1 years managing a commercial kitchen.
- Experience with scheduling and managing staff.
- Must be certified in Food Handling according to state guidelines, or be willing to become certified.
