Role : Supervise an NP; co-round in person twice a week and conduct family meetings (80% via telephone / video conference, 20% in person)
Schedule : Rounding on consistent days / times, minimum of two 2-hour days, plus an additional 5 hours per week for family meetings
Compensation : $140 / hour, with bonuses for productivity and growth
