About the Opportunity
VISTA Staffing Solutions is partnering with a healthcare facility in California to find an experienced Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician for a locum tenens opportunity.
- The physician will work 1-2 clinic days per week, with 24-hour in-house hospital call (6 calls per month, 1:6 schedule).
- The job setting will be a mix of outpatient clinic and inpatient hospital call.
- Procedures will include vaginal deliveries, C-sections (assist required), sterilizations, birth control, laparoscopic tubals (at Santa Cruz Surgery Center), and no abortions or postpartum tubal ligations (except during C-sections).
Responsibilities and Requirements
- The ideal candidate must be Board Certified/Board Eligible and have certifications in ACLS, BLS, and DEA.
- Licensure in California is required, and consideration will be given to physicians with Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) licensure.
