We are seeking a highly skilled Physician Assistant to join our team in a locum tenens capacity at a community hospital in Salem, Oregon.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Physician Assistant with experience in cardiothoracic surgery to work in a dynamic environment with a high-volume cath lab and hybrid OR access. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cardiovascular medicine and be able to provide exceptional patient care.
About the Role
- Schedule: 7 AM - 5 PM on site, with on-call responsibilities every other day for emergency surgeries
- Job Setting: Community hospital with 644 acute care beds, 7 cath lab suites, and hybrid OR access
- Type of Cases: Varied cases including coronary artery bypass grafting, heart valve repair/replacement, and thoracic surgical procedures
Credentialing: 6-8 weeks on average if licensed
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Board Certified/Board Eligible: Physician Assistant with experience in EVH (electrophysiology and vascular health)
- Licensure: Oregon license
