VISTA Technology Services, Inc. (VISTA) is currently seeking a CDRL Manager to support our NAVSEA customer in Washington, DC. This is a remote position.

The CDRL Manager will provide technical data management for the phases of Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) and correspondence management. They will utilize and manage the workflow database in support of their program’s CDRL submissions.
Responsibilities :
- The CDRL Manager monitors, receives, and reviews CDRLs, identifies project location, determines actions needed and deadlines, distributes to the team, and updates the tracker.
- Responsible for managing multiple CDRL action trackers in Excel.
- Provide real-time CDRL distribution list updates.
- Collaborate and maintain relationships with acquisition, contracts and technical teams.
- Monitors, identifies, and schedules CDRL submittals / changes, and the parent Data Item Descriptions (DIDs).
- Generate CDRL performance metrics and statistics for multiple contracts and events.
- Monitor CDRL comments, due dates, and modifications to current contracts.
- Identify, develop, and / or suggest process improvements to enhance overall data quality.
- Analyze, query, and manipulate data according to defined business rules and procedures.
- Maintain a record of original and corrected data with respect to program’s CDRLs; subsequently develop and execute data clean up measures.

Salary Range : $65,000 - $85,000
Applicants selected for this position will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. U.S. Citizenship is required. For this position, VISTA will consider only applicants with an active DoD security clearance.
