VISTA Technology Services, Inc. (VISTA) is currently seeking an IT Project Manager with a DoD Acquisition background, to support our NAVSEA customer in Washington, D.C. This is a hybrid position reporting onsite at the Washington Navy Yard one day a week and as needed for meetings. For this position, VISTA will only consider applicants with an Active DoD Secret Security Clearance or higher.

Responsibilities :
- Manage 3 projects at a time - including developing requirements, working with the government to document requirements, working with vendors, pushing gate reviews along, developing cost estimates with the team, etc.
- Work with the technical engineers to get technicals to the contracts team and help push through task award to vendor
- Review cost, coordinate the review of CDRLs, review invoices, and conduct project closeouts
- Interact with senior level government and military personnel
- Leverage and accelerate the adoption of Agile project management methodologies

Salary Range : $120,000- $160,000 annually
