Graphic Designer (Signage Design) Experienced Only

Qualifications

Strong PC skills and sign production software skills including Coreldraw / Adobe Creative Suite and architectural software (Autocad / Solidworks / Sketchup etc)
Previous experience as a graphic designer, and fabrication-related computer operator, including an advanced level of experience using Corel / Adobe / 3D applications
Strong verbal and written communication skills (English)
Basic math skills (adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing whole numbers and fractions and converting fractions to decimals and vice versa)
Able to work well under pressure to output high-volume, high-quality work
Experience in the Signage and display industry is a must
Willing to work overtime and weekend hours if required
Experience : Sign manufacturing : 2-3 years (Required)
Large Format Printing : 2-3 years (Required)
Vinyl Mounting and Lamination : 2-3 years (Required)
CorelDraw : 3 years (Required)
Adobe Creative Suite : 3 years (Required)
Language : English (Required)

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating computer-generated layouts for approval / sign-off for Signage and Display / Fixture projects involving the usage of your expertise in fabrication techniques.

This position includes the responsibility to create accurate breakdown layouts for client approvals and floor production.

Digital print | Vinyl and / or full-color graphics output that can be weeded, cut, and applied or printed and mounted to a substrate.

Creating technical layouts for fabricated displays and signage and coordinating with the team from concept to completion.

Prioritizes each day to efficiently and cost-effectively schedule the workflow.

Works with co-workers and customers with proofs and approval etc.

Inspects jobs for accuracy before sending them to the output / production team for plotter, printing, and fabrication.
