The Associate Project Manager assists in the planning, execution, and final delivery of Powster's Movie Platform websites, which feature showtimes, ticketing options, and promotional content for film audiences. This role demands a unique combination of technical expertise, client management skills, and a passion for cinema marketing. The ideal candidate for the Associate Project Manager will have a proven track record of project management experience across various stages of the digital life-cycle from defining project scope through to final delivery and customer feedback. In this role, you must be comfortable building strong relationships both internally and externally, while understanding how to navigate different interests when it comes to delivering high quality online destinations.

- Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from project initiation to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget
- Create detailed project plans, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure that projects are completed within defined timelines
- Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular project updates, managing expectations, and resolving any issues or concerns
- Identify potential challenges and proactively address them, ensuring that the end product is of the highest quality
- Collaborate with our technical team to ensure accurate and real-time showtime data integration on websites
- Implement best practices and methodologies to optimize project efficiency and quality, continually refining processes for continuous improvement
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and advocate for their needs and objectives
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure alignment with their strategic goals and brand guidelines
- Effectively communicate project progress, milestones, and deliverables to clients, soliciting feedback and addressing any concerns in a timely manner
- Identify opportunities for upselling or expanding services to existing clients, working closely with the sales team
- Uphold high standards of quality and accuracy in all deliverables, ensuring that movie websites meet client expectations and industry best practices
- Conduct thorough quality assurance testing, reviewing content, functionality, and user experience to identify and address any issues or defects
- Collaborate with the wider team to establish testing protocols and procedures, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and effective bug resolution
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, or Digital Media
- 2 years of experience in project management, ideally in the cinema, entertainment, or digital sectors
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients
- Deep knowledge of the digital media landscape, including experience with web development, content management systems, and digital marketing
- Ability to work independently in a highly organized manner
- Ability to listen well and communicate effectively, orally and in writing with various audiences
- Ability to create and maintain positive and collaborative team environment
- Experience working with major studios or entertainment clients is a plus
- Passion for learning
- Interest in the cinema industry
- Friendly, positive personality, and excellent interpersonal skills
- Type at least 50 words per minute
- Pay Rate: 65,000-70,000 per annum
- Hybrid working (home/office-based split, requiring regular once a week attendance in the Los Angeles office)

Salary : $65,000 - $70,000
