Senior Product Specialist, Consumer - East Coast US Remote

As a member of the Consumer team, you will be a part of important work that has the attention of senior and executive leadership. You'll be a key contributor and have exposure across multiple levels of the organization. Vista has a key strategic initiative to build, nurture and elevate how we approach the Consumer business and the value it can deliver to our entire customer base.

What You Will Do :

The Senior Category Specialist contributes to the end-to-end management of the most important milestones (weddings, birthdays, holidays) and physical products (invitations, stationary, partyware, apparel, etc.) that our customers shop. Specific responsibilities include :

• Strategy- Support the Sr. Category Manager to define use case and assortment strategy and positioning using consumer insights, competitive intelligence, and analytics. Identify solutions for customer problems and partner with the category management team to create solutions.
• Product Management- Given category objectives, define product opportunities that meet the needs of our customers. Manage product forecasting, estimate the size of new opportunities, and suggest levers that drive profit and cash flow for our business, including new product introduction, quality improvements, and margin tactics.
• Product Setup- Work with your cross-functional counterparts to launch new products on our e-commerce platform and partner on new site features that will solve customer problems. Convey complex information about products and customer needs to teammates in order to reach a solution.
• Operational Efficiency- Partner with your teammates to create scale and drive eciency. You'll work with fellow Product Specialists responsible for other product categories to identify synergies - and lead cross-functional team members through the concept-to-launch process.
