As a Human Resources Recruiter/Generalist, you will play a vital role in supporting our mission by recruiting top talent and providing exceptional HR support to our staff. Your work will directly impact the lives of individuals with disabilities, helping them achieve their full potential. Responsibilities
- Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, candidate tracking, and interviews.
- Onboarding: Coordinate and conduct new staff orientation, process all necessary paperwork, and educate new hires on benefits and payroll systems.
- HR Administration: Assist the HR Manager with employee engagement initiatives, leaves of absence, benefits administration, and general HR tasks.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records and data in the applicant tracking system and personnel files.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and Google Suite skills, including but not limited to: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Gmail, Google Calendar, Sheets, Slides and Forms.
- Exceptional data management and clerical skills.
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to problem-solve, multi-task, and work in a team environment.
- Commitment to delivering quality HR services.
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Valid California driver's license and good driving record.
- Hands-on experience in general recruiting and administrative support.
- Knowledge of current recruiting trends.
- General understanding of State and Federal employment regulations, basic employment laws, and EEOC practices.

Position: Human Resources Recruiter/Generalist
Location: Martinez, CA
Hours: Monday through Friday 8:30am-4:30pm (37.5 hrs/week)
Compensation: $26/hour plus great benefits!
