Location: Concord, CA
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-3:30pm or 8:30am-4pm (37.5 hours per week)
Compensation: $18 per hour

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic day program in Concord where you will assist adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in reaching their highest level of independence and self-sufficiency. As an Instructor 1, you'll play a crucial role in leading activities, providing support and being an advocate for those we serve.
What You'll Do:
- Engage and support participants in a variety of activities, including arts and crafts, games, holiday parties, costume contests, music, cooking classes, recreation and exciting field trips.
- Provide verbal and physical support in daily program activities, both in-house and within the community.
- Manage participants' medical and personal care needs, including assistance with bathroom use.
- Implement lesson plans and collect valuable data to enhance our programs.
- All Training Provided!!
Must Have:
- Valid CA driver's license.
- Good driving record.
