Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate peer advisory meetings to help CEOs and business leaders address key challenges and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a coaching practice that meets the needs of your clients.
- Collaborate with other Vistage Chairs and staff to deliver exceptional results for our clients.
Requirements and Qualifications
- 10 years of executive or coaching experience.
- P&L responsibility exceeding $5 million.
- Current or recently retired CEOs, C-Suite Execs, business coaches, or executive coaches.
- Strong business acumen, communication skills, and EQ.
- Executive presence, confidence, maturity, assertiveness, and a passion for helping others.
