POSITION SUMMARY
Vistage is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Administrative Clerk to join our team on a temporary basis. In this entry-level position, you’ll play a key role in ensuring proper handling of Membership Applications by handling the scanning and organizing of important documents. You’ll work closely with a supportive team, ensuring that all documents are accurately scanned, saved, and verified into our system. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Scanning and Saving Documents: Scan and upload Membership Applications into the company drive, ensuring all documents are saved accurately and organized.
- Document Verification: Verify that each Membership Application has been properly scanned and saved to the correct folder within the company drive. Double-check file names and formats for accuracy.
- Organizing Files: Ensure that all scanned documents are appropriately categorized and easy to retrieve within the company drive.
- Quality Control: Perform a quality check on scanned applications to confirm legibility, completeness, and that no pages are missing.
- Data Management: Maintain the integrity and security of all scanned documents by following company procedures for file management and confidentiality.
- Other Administrative Support: Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed to support the smooth processing of Membership Applications.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or other office software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
POSITION TYPE
Temporary Part Time – Estimated 16 hours per week for 16 weeks.
TOTAL COMPENSATION RANGE
$17.25/hour - $18/hour (salary based in San Diego, CA)
