Detailed description:

Ø Collect past failure data for the products and address in the new launch products.

 Ø Compile Quality issues noticed in different builds at Visteon, Customer & supplier and communicate to development team.

Ø Verify the actions implementation of previous build issues.

Ø Track the incoming parts inspection status of new development parts and publish the status to development CFT.

Ø Verify inspection reports of new development parts and coordinate with Supplier Development Engineer & Development Engineer for actions.

Ø Coordinate with Product development & Manufacturing and finalize Incoming Inspection Plan for new development parts.

Ø Interact with other plants for getting Failure data for read across in new development product.

Ø Prepare Test Plans and coordinate with Internal & External laboratories for test completion.

Ø Gauge design and coordinate with gauge manufacturer for completion.

Ø Audit in-house process before build phases to ensure Quality requirements are fulfilled.

Ø Prepare PPAP / ISAR documents.

Ø Plan for SC/CC data collection and analysis. Ensure controls for them.

Ø Prepare Safe Launch Plan for new development products and changed products.

Ø Monitor the effectiveness of actions (ICA & PCA) for issues noticed during development and declare the results.
